The Biltmore House
The Biltmore House is a 10-story Neo-Georgian high-rise located on 5th Street on the corner of 5th and West Peachtree Street in Midtown. This historic high-rise was originally built in 1924 as apartments and was later converted to a guest suite hotel. The Novare Group purchased and renovated the Biltmore property in 1997. In 1999, the 54 residences at the Biltmore were converted to condominium homes and renamed the Biltmore House.
The Biltmore House offers one, two, and three bedrooms floor plans ranging in size from 380 square feet up to 1,480 square feet. Many of the homes at The Biltmore condos have been updated beautifully with features such as hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stained cabinets, designer lighting, crown molding, garden tubs, walk in closets, and more. Some of the homes at The Biltmore condos are multi-level, and have spacious balconies.
The Biltmore is within a short walking distance to Midtown shopping, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Piedmont Park, the Fox Theatre, MARTA, the High Museum, and the Woodruff Arts Center are also all within walking distance. The Biltmore is within minutes of Atlantic Station, Buckhead, Downtown, Virginia Highlands, and Inman Park. Residents also have a very short commute to Downtown Atlanta and several professional sports venues.
